A Citation for Exceptional Skill is awarded due to service above and beyond the call of duty. Showing her exceptional skills as a willing and dilligent officer able to work beyond the physical and mental boundries of fatigue. Finding the chip in Lt. Mordin's replicator vindicating her of wrong doing. Her work is exceptional in that she should be given the chance to take the officers exam to prove that she is ready to become a full ensign.
