Mission: https://wellington.pegasusfleet.site/index.php/sim/missions/id/3
Location: Brig
Timeline: June 18, 2399 @ 0058

Lo'Mah barely slept, and his Klingon temper was by no means any better having been stuck in the brig. That petaQ Bartlett would pay, he determined. Especially after releasing their scapegoat. What did these vile Federation cowards know about enforcing order? Bartlett should have killed him, he thought to himself. But like all Federation officers, it seemed, she wanted to try and "understand why" he would turn his back on them as though wanting a strong Federation was some kind of mental illness. They would get theirs and he would see to it, officer anymore or not.

"Sir!" A security officer said. "Relax. I'm on your side. I'm getting you out of here to finish the job. We didn't come this far for nothing, right?"

"How do I know you're on my side?" Lo'Mah asked.

"Under our guidance, the Federation will prevail." he said, reciting a slogan of some sort.

"And with the end of the old, the new will rise." Lo'Mah said. "Hurry! Then you will accompany me to Lieutenant Mordin."

Mok'Tor was patrolling the corridors with Lone Wolf as J'Loni had told the wolf, and to obey him and alert him to any hidden dangers. Knowing the wolfs talents, Mok'Tor permitted the wolf to walk unleashed for the time being. For some unexplained reason, he trusted the wolf and J'Loni's training of him, to make him feel at ease. He continued his walking, un aware that Lo'Mah was being sprung, at least for now.

Valeria was asleep in her cell. Though she normally could find sleep anywhere, this time her sleep was distant and troubled. She trusted Roger to warn her, to try to protect her, as was his calling apparently... but her life was in the crossfire apparently, and any slip up could land her in medical, or the morgue.

Her entire form was tense as she slept, getting what little sleep she could. Her doom was coming, or so everyone thought.

"Your weapon, sir." The other officer said.

"Excellent." Lo'Mah replied. "They've probably removed my codes. You will have to override the brig control door." he said as the force field came down on his unit. "Have you ever seen a greater group of fools?"

"I certainly haven't." the Crewman replied.

Roger looked asleep, and in the darkness of the cell one really couldn't tell other wise, but he was wide awake and waiting. He knew klingons, they liked vengance, and the bad ones will take it where they could get it. He smiled too himself though, boy would they be surprised when the got here.

Lo'Mah took out his dagger as the force field turned off to Valeria's unit. "I wonder if I should perhaps chop off her foot. I hear it's a good luck charm for humans." he said quietly.

Roger snapped too his feet and yelled as loud as he could "Hey you, bone head, why don't you pick on someone your own size." He gave the force feild an very light punch to get his attention.

A presence in her cell woke her from her already stunted sleep, but she didn't stir or show any signs of being awake. The advantage of having a large family of siblings was being able to fake being asleep very well. Cut off her foot? Lucky? Psh.. what was it with confusing Ts'usugi with rabbits? She'd ask him later. For the moment, she heard Roger from across the hall yelling and testing the field to his cell. All the warning and wake up call she could ask for.

Still, she lay still. Her eyes open the tiniest of cracks. She was fortunate that Ts'usugi eyes didn't reflect light, otherwise he might see the gleam.

Lo'Mah turned to the voice that called him a bonehead. "You are not a very smart man..." he said. "Lieutenant Stevens... discharged for being a liar and an insubordinate little petaQ!" he said. "Do you have a wish to die today?"

"Why don't you come closer and find out Ruffles" Roger takes a few steps back from the force field.

"I will do that..." Lo'Mah said. "What would a weak, puny excuse of a person like you gain from challenging a Klingon. You little pretty boy fool. Why don't you go pose for a fashion show or something."

"You know, that sounds like a great idea... but we'd need the right lighting!" And with that he took another step back an then sprang forward, putting everything his got into a spinning front kick right into the force field. Now this kick had the same kind of power as getting hit by a Mac Truck, but focused all into a carefully wrapped up foot. The resulting feedback was enough to flash into Lo'Mahs face and short out the entire brig's systems, putting everyone into pitch black darkness.

Valeria had no true advantage in the light, or in pitch darkness, but when the emergency lights came back on the Ts'usugi was not in her bunk. She wasn't under it hiding like a scared child, rather she was next to the frame waiting for the first person to come through that opening. No daughter of Ts'usu leaves home without knowing how to handle a scumbag in a fight. Especially one with elder siblings.

"You weak, pathetic pile of garbage!" Lo'Mah said. "Where is Mordin... I'll get here first then I'll have you NEXT!" he shouted as he turned to her cell only to see it appeared vacant. "Where is she? Has our little bunny rabbit escaped?!"

J'Loni's engineering console showed a power spike in security, "Commander I just showed a power spike in the security area of the brig", sir. "Shall I alert Lt.Mok'Tor? It could be Lo'Mah escaping. Remember if Lo'Mah is making a run, Lone Wolf will track and find him", she said quickly.

"Proceed." Michelle said.

Back in the brig, Lo'Mah looked for Valeria... "COme and fight like a warrior, not like a cowardly little girl!"

"J'Loni to Mok'Tor", she said quickly.

"Mok'Tor here Commander", he answered.

"I believe you have your prison break. My engineering console just showed a power spike in secirity. Is Lone Wolf with you?", she asked, knowing he was, she had to be sure he could hear her voice.

"Yes Commander, he is. He is sitting here listening", he said.

"Lone Wolf, track, find, pin down, do not kill. Bite leg to bring down but no more. Just let Mok'Tor do the rest. Understood?", she said.

Lone Wolf's head bobbed up and down in acknowledgement of her voice command. "Mok'Tor, did he respond?", she asked.

"Yes Commander he heard you loud and clear. Tell the Commander, Lo'Mah will not get off this ship and I will have him in custody shortly. My main area of concern is the shuttle bay. I will keep the Commander apprised of my success. Quap'la", he said and the com went dead.

Turning to Commander Bartlett, "Commander, Mok'Tor has been alerted and he says he will keep you apprised", she said.

In the Brig, Valeria made her move. Not on the goading of Lo'Mah, but because she saw an opening. Now, Ts'usugi resembled rabbits, and to a point that was true. They were powerful jumpers, though that wasn't because of their big feet. Valeria considered herself very athletic, or at least she tried to keep herself fit and in shape.

It was mostly vanity. She enjoyed the way she looked, and enjoyed the appreciation of others. Though, all that maintenance paid off. She came in low, ears folded back against her hair so as to keep them safe from harm as she came under and then launched herself shoulder-first into Lo'Mah's chest. "You face more than a warrior, oosabaya domak." her insult in Ts'usubi didn't exactly translate over, "You face a Daughter of Ts'usu.... and her bodyguard."

Rogers staggard himself out of the cell, the emiters blown out from being the center of the massive feed back. He didn't have much time to reorient himself as Valeria went to shoulder check the klingons chest he went down low and too the side too take out Lo'Mahs legs at the same time, sending the man into a spiriling world of hurt.

Lo'Mah fell, unsure who to reach first... "If you're all there is between me and her, then you're first." the former marine said as he took out his blade, and attempted to use it on Roger. "I hope you told your mommy and daddy you love them first."

Roger, surprisingly quick for a man his size, grabs Lo'Mah's wrist as he tries to stab him bending it back and squeezing it enough to almost crush it. "You think your funny, bringing up those wrecthes of human beings? You, you who would murder an innocent are a saint compaired to them. Now, drop the knife before i snap your arm"

Valeria opted to capitalize on Lo'Mah's current predicament by kneeling against his chest, driving a knee under his chin to force his head up. She could bring pressure down on his throat, but for the moment she opted to pin his other arm with her weight. "Drop the knife, while you're still conscious." Gone was that soft and caring voice from before, Valeria was in no mood to converse with someone who wanted her life to end.

Of course, being as well versed in the sciences as she was she had a decent knowledge of how much pressure it took to cut off bloodflow through the carotid arteries or the jugular veins. A solid blood choke could lead to cerebral ischemia and a temporary hypoxic condition in the brain. He'd be unconsciousness in a matter of seconds.

That is, if her knee moved that last inch but tonight she wanted him to cooperate. First off, why did someone want her dead? It was hard to question the comatose. "I'd do what he says." she looked down upon him with a contemptuous gaze, her ears slowly perking to listen in the event he had backup.

Lo'Mah had little choice in the matter, but during the scuffle the other Security officer ran out of the room. A cowardly act? Not quite... Lo'Mah dropped the knife but within a second later was suddenly unconscious.

Looks at the security officer run, and then Lo'mahs reaction. "Valeria, i think that runner is with this jack ass, call it in"

Valeria tapped the comm badge on her chest. "This is Valeria Mordin to all security. We have a possible insurgent on the run from Brig Cell three. Subject is male, human, two meters tall, dark hair, dressed in security uniform. Possibly armed. Departing from Brig control. Destination unknown."

"Mok'Tor to Valeria Mordin, understood. One male dressed in security uniform, possibility armed, understood", he said and closed the combadge. Looking at the wolf, " time to go to work. Lets find this P'tak and quickly. Both headed out hurriedly for time was not on their side.
