ON:

Not quite to the point of tearing her hair out, the continuing evidence of tampered chips, relays, optical wiring, and at this point god only knows what, wastaking its toll on her mental state. Meeting up with Renee and Corin the corridor between Environmental control and the secondary computer core control rooms she prepated to listen to what they had found so far.

The Thux were well documented for being almost unable to hide their emotional state due to expressive body language and features. Tail, ears, droopy snout, everything told the story of what a Thux was feeling. That being the case, it was easy to tell that Cordale was angry as hell.

"Okay, so here's what we've got. We've got bottlenecked EPS flow from almost every major system. The usual fix, of sending the overflow into secondary systems, has been hampered by degraded relays and switches that have a latency so vicious I can almost SEE the computer system thinking about switching the flow. To top it all off, I think I saw a greasy smear on one of the bio-gel capacitance packs." Oh Cordale was fuming at this point.

"Nevermind the handful of compromised isolinear chips we found in just about every primary system we encountered."

J'Loni looked at the Thux, "Not the bio-gel packs! That is a very serious threat to the primary computer core not to mention the speed between commands! What about the secondaries?", she asked them both quickly as Thomas appeared at a run down the corridor.

"Whoa Thomas", she said, as he skidded to.a stop almost knocking her down. He had a bag and when he opened it up the contents spilled to the deck. There were sevetal isolinear chipc, relays and mounds of optical wiring and one unidentified piece of equipment that was not federation, klingon, or Cardassian. "Boss all this was found in the environmental systems The chips were tampered so that they would short out the oxygen purification systems on the brigde, fire control, ships firing systems control center, and shield control. If these chips had been triggered, the evacuation of breathable oxygen would have depleeted instantly", he said, breathing very raggedly.

Now she turned to Renee, "Ok Renee what have you found?

Renee had a bulging duffel bag in one hand and a far more slender carryall in the other. She dropped the bulging bag unceremoniously to the ground with a thunk, "We have eighteen primary shield emitters, twelve secondaries and eight tertiaries. I've gone through two of the primaries and that is all crap. Shields would have tested out just fine, but the first attack that hit them? We would have people spacewalking without suits. It is going to take HOURS, and that's if we're lucky.. It would take less time if they had just been dropped in near a shipyard." She sighed, "Outside our group, do we have anyone we can completely trust, ma'am?"

"Outside of engineering, no. Possibly Lt. Nyx Valentine, the second in command of the marine squad, but I am not sure yet. The XO and Commodore and the aCTO and Lt. T'Lar I am sure of their trust. Anyone you can think of besides those mentioned?", she said looking at the three of them. "If not I have to go to the boss with this. I have a hinch a trap is brewing and I don't like being trapped!", she said finally.

"Not that I can think of off the top of the head." Cordale mentioned, "Though I haven't really had a chance to chat with many other people considering we've been chasing our tails tracking down blown chips and sabotage." he took a breath, "POTENTIAL sabotage..."

"No potential to it, sir." Renee shook her head, "If this many mistakes were made in a shipyard, that officer would be court-martialed. If this isn't deliberate, I'm a badger's maiden aunt. My roomie is one hundred percent trustworthy" She got back on track, "But I'm not sure of anyone else on board the ship.

Thinking that this is enough to go to the boss with, " Ok group, we have enough here to take to Cmdr. Meru. Let's go", she said, motioning for them to follow her.
