Location: Marine HQ

Roger had dragged the three marines thru the ship after the brawl in his bar. He had decided to bring them straight to there commanding officer then locking them in the brig. He opened the door and dropped them unceremoniously in front of their commander's desk.

"I think these belong to you" He huffed.

Hailey got to her feet and looked down at the three that were trying to recover enough to get to their feet, "Jellen, Nitiya and Gorbran." Her eyes were cold as she paced around her desk, "Ten-shun!" She barked quietly, the three snapped to an apparently sore attention. She walked behind them, "You thee are confined to barracks until I get to the bottom of this, then... I'll see each of you in private. Dis-missed." The three scrambled to the door, well around Roger, and escaped.

Hailey watched them go, already having an idea of what was going on, "My apologies, Mister Stevens, my troops are usually FAR more behaved than what apparently happened." She gestured to a seat in front of her, "Please, have a seat, tell me the story?" She perched herself on top of her desk, some papers shoving backwards.

Roger nodded "Its a shame to have to meet this way" he took a seat. "It was the security crew that started the fight. I was just looking too keep them apart, until the one with the welt on his head attempted to head butt me and the other tried to tackle me. You would think watching a chair break across my back would be a clear sign your not gunna win a fist fight" he shook his head "I don't even know why the fight started, something about being duped."

"Irrelevant." Hailey shook her head, "They know better. Some of them are better than others in a fight, but not those three. Them? One of them is denser than a box of rocks, the others think they're better than average. But you'd think they might be smart enough to not go up against someone like that. Hailey Weston, in case you didn't know." She smiled, "And thank you for bringing the garbage home."

"Not a problem. It's a shame to see such a lack of professionalism on board the ship. On extended leave on a planet... yeah ok, but this was sad on both sides."

"And will be fixed on this side." Hailey promised, "I'm inheriting the remains of the original unit and I'm in the process of switching out troops wherever I can. These three won't be remaining with us much longer, as soon as I can dump them off the ship, with or without suits. I'm not going to run a unit that's not disciplined."

"Well maybe not that harsh. They really should have just left. But it is your call." Roger stands up "Well, with that i will take my leave. Good luck too you fixing the mess Lo'mah made." He nods and goes to make his way out.

Before he reached the door, a sergeant with cheek markings and a pair of swords came sweeping in past him, "My Lady? Why are three of the marines being restricted? They said it was not their fault." Her tone was harsh, questioning, then her eyes went to Roger, "Milord," She didn't know what position this one had, better safe than sorry, "They stated it was not their fault, is this true?"

Hailey sighed, "Sergeant Valentine, this is Roger Stevens, this is Nyx Valentine." She made the introduction.

Roger nodded with a smile, amused to be call lord. "It is definitely their fault. They decided, rather then just end a fight and walk away, to attack me in the lounge after I stepped in to break up a fight between them and security"

Nyx's mouth turned into a slightly different phase and her hand flexed slightly, "Perhaps, Milord, they believed you were entering the conflict on the side of the security personnel? Most people in a combat situation tend to cancel out a neutral party in the midst of battle."

He slightly raised an eye brow, watching her body language. "Well Sergeant, even then, those marines should know the rules of a bar. When the barkeep says stop, you stop. If the bouncer gets involved your leaving, either on your feet or on your ass your choice, and tonight I was the bouncer."

Hand moved towards the doubled swords by about half an inch, "Not every time, Milord," Hailey slid off the desk and placed a hand on Nyx's shoulder, and the Tialan glanced over at her, "But perhaps so, especially in this case. Apologies." The hand relaxed again.

Roger took in a deep breath and just started rubbing his temples. "Well, no worries then. Just please tell your personnel that fights at the Prancing Mythological Creature will never end well alright? Doesn't matter who was right or wrong, I put a lot of work into that place and don't want to see it wrecked." He nods to both of the ladies and heads out again.

"Of course." Hailey told him as he left, then waited for a few moments, "Nyx, temper. He wasn't insulting us, just dropping off those three off at the door. We can leave it be for now."

"Of course, My Lady." Nyx bowed her head slightly in acquiescence, "As you command."
